Counseling Nexus is a state-of-the-art digital publishing platform designed to support counselors, counselor educators and students, and other mental health professionals and their clients with unparalleled access to essential resources and cutting-edge scholarship. Both new and archival content is published on Counseling Nexus, including instructor materials for our textbooks, enhanced digital editions of new books, and the historic VISTAS publications.

All books and journals published by ACA are copyrighted under the U.S. Copyright Act. Permission to reproduce, use or otherwise distribute copyrighted material is required by U.S. law unless your request is considered “fair use” under the U.S. Copyright Act.  

Reproduction of any portions of ACA books that fall outside the bounds of fair use require permission of the ACA. For reproductions that may potentially or do exceed fair use, please contact publications@counseling.org for review and permission.
